Inktober 7: Shy

A parcha is somewhere between a weasel and a cat, almost. It's a pet that the Kehrib (the aliens in my story From Stranger Worlds) brought to Earth. Somehow, a few of them got out into the human city, so about fifteen years ago, a new species of pest showed up in the back alleys and things. They're very cute, but not domesticated by humans. They're usually very shy, but will get aggressive if frightened, and they're also pretty skilled at hunting small rodents.
